In this class, each group got to schedule time for the filming. My group has decided on shoot on 28/11/18, week 14, which allow us more time to prepare for the shoot.
We started by separating the roles.

Third Person: Linda
We also started to search up places that we could use for our filming and contacted them.
Week 13
This week we continued working on the preparations for the shoot. We needed to gather all the props needed, which include things such as a printed photograph of a dog as well as a "hiring now" poster.|

We also went through the shot list and highlight some parts so it'll be easier on the day of filming as we'll know what scenes to film first.
In the mean time, Jessy contacted the locations found we found.
Vet Contacted:
Restaurants Contacted:

Other locations included the streets and park nearby where the owner of the dog stays, which will be easier as the dog doesn't have to be transported to a far location. The other location included my housing area for the delivery scenes.
At the end of the week, Mr Martin mentioned that it'll be better if my group could film of two days, which were Tuesday and Wednesday. Then, my group started discussing on which locations and scenes should we film first.
We decided to film all the scenes with the dog first which includes locations such as the street, park and the vet. Then the next day we would film the restaurant and delivering scenes.
PRODUCTION
27/11/18 (Week 13) - Day 1 of Filming
During our first day of shooting, there were some parts that we were unable to film as the dog couldn't act how we wanted it to. Therefore we needed to make some changes to our storyline.
Also, at the end of the shoot, we thought we were done with the scenes with the dog and the following day could just be the scenes without the dog. However Mr Martin mentioned the we should film more scenes with the dog, including the bonding sequence.
So for now our plan was to film at my housing area and the restaurant at my area, then come back again next Wednesday to film the additional scenes with the dog.
28/11/18 (Week 14)
In the morning I started to prepare the props needed for filming. Then, I received a message from my group as well as a call from Mr Martin. Last minute change of plans, my group will not be filming today. Instead, we will take this time to further work on our story and shoot on the following Wednesday. Since we needed to film with Rocky, we changed our locations to be around that area, hence there was no need to use my housing area and the restaurant originally planned.
Updated shot list:
Mr Martin managed to find a restaurant around the area that would suit our video, and Jessy managed to contact them and receive permission to film.
For the rest of the week we just continued to discuss about the shooting.
5/12/18 (Week 15) - Day 2 of Filming
And that's a wrap!
POST-PRODUCTION
We transferred the footage of the video clips as well as the audio files onto google drive so we all had access to it.
Jessy was in charged to edit the first draft, Jennifer was in charge of the audio part, and Junwon is in charge of the colour correction part.

12/12/18 (Week 16)
This week, we had to consult with Mr Martin on our video by showing the first draft. Two of my group members went back to their hometown so only two of us went to campus to meet him.
The initial draft was really long and Mr Martin helped cut down most of the clips for our video to be shorter. Once the video was cut down to around 2 mins, he proceeded to discuss with us about colour correction. He told us to search up some visual references for the colours.

During this time, Jennifer worked on the audio and exported it for feedback.
Link to the feedback that Mr Rafiz gave us:
In the video, he mentioned the environment sound may not fit that well with our video and to fix that, music can be added. Besides having music in the background it is also important to have sound effects for certain parts such as the footsteps, dog barking, flashback and some others.
With the feedback received, I started to help to look for music and some sound effects such as the flashback. Then, Jennifer proceeded with editing the audio while Junwon continued to do the colour correction part.
Week 16
This week, we needed to export the video and submit it for marking.
